Home Hotel With

Wonderful hotel right on the waterfront of this beautiful city. We stayed here for three nights. The home hotel concept offers home away from home with breakfast, fika and dinner as part of the service. We were going to be too late for their dinner on our first night but Susanne Emilie at the reception kindly ordered couple of cold plates with bread, cheese, butter, ham, smoked salmon etc, much appreciated. The breakfast/dinner room overlooks Tromsø harbour with all it's activity, there are tables and chairs outside as well weather permitting. Included breakfast, dinner and fika were all very good too. Our room was very comfortable with all the usual amenities. We came to know Kim and Hedda at the reception as well as Hans one of the chefs. They were all hardworking and everyone took part in all the chores at breakfast and dinner times which was very commendable. We had a wonderful time in Tromsø thanks to this lovely hotel and it's staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The dinner buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of quality dishes. Breakfast was also rich and varied, with many options. The location is excellent; very central, just a few meters from the main street.

It was an incredible few days! The location is perfect! The rooms are large and comfortable! The breakfast is wonderful! Many fresh and healthy options! The staff are extremely kind and welcoming! We will carry Oslo and the Home Hotel in our hearts!

I would like to state that we received excellent service during our stay. The entire team was super attentive and helpful. The food was simply wonderful, with delicious and high-quality options. In addition, the hotel is impeccably clean and organized, which made all the difference in our experience. I recommend it wholeheartedly and we will definitely be back!

Nice hotel with a beautiful view of the harbor and spacious rooms, good walk-in shower. Rooms are warm, no air conditioning! and the windows can only be opened to a limited extent, also noise from the boulevard in the evenings, especially on weekends. You have to pay for room cleaning starting from the 2nd night! That is not customer-friendly... furthermore, public parking in Tromsø is terribly expensive: 84 euros for 2 nights!

An excellent choice for visiting the Tromsø area. Its location is unbeatable. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home. The half-board option is a real winner. The staff is outstanding.
