I’m going to make something very clear about what happened. The staff is friendly, but the management of this hostel is completely unacceptable. I understand this is a party hostel, but that is NOT an excuse to ignore basic rules in shared dorms. In a 12-bed dorm, I witnessed completely inappropriate behavior (people having SEX), which should NEVER be allowed in a shared room. There are private rooms for that. They were repeatedly entering with flashlights, disturbing guests, and seemed to think nobody would notice, but their moaning and loud noises ended up waking others. I was planning to stay more nights, but after the first night I decided to leave. Early in the morning, I went downstairs, left my bags, and checked out because the situation was so uncomfortable. I tried to report what happened to a staff member from the previous shift, who was drinking beer with other guests, but she simply said her shift had ended and told me to speak with someone else. I am also attaching a photo where you can clearly see a woman’s and a man’s clothes on the same bed, which reflects what happened. This shows a serious lack of control and professionalism. The manager should seriously review what kind of receptionists and staff are in charge of handling these situations. For travelers who enjoy good vibes, a respectful environment, and who have experience staying in hostels, this kind of behavior is simply not acceptable. If you are looking for rest, respect, or even a minimum level of consideration in a shared space, this is definitely not the place. Avoid if you have at least a minimum level of respect for others.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially if you’re a student traveling on a budget. We stayed at Party Rock Hostel expecting a fun, social atmosphere, which is literally how it’s advertised. Instead, we ended up with a really frustrating (and expensive) experience. The beds in our room were not properly secured — they weren’t bolted to the floor or wall and felt unstable from the start. One of them ended up collapsing, and despite this clearly being a safety issue, we were blamed and lost our deposit over it. On top of that, we were fined around £700 for making noise late at night — in what is supposed to be a party hostel. That just feels completely unreasonable and honestly misleading given the way the place markets itself. If you’re branding yourself as a party hotel, you can’t then penalize guests so heavily for behaving accordingly. Overall, between the unsafe furniture and excessive fines, the whole experience felt unfair and overpriced. Definitely not student-friendly, and not worth the stress.

The hostel was perfect and the staff, especially JoJo and Yulia, were brilliant. I would go back in a heartbeat next time I am in Krakow. I would highly recommend booking in to stay here.

we were here as a big group, and the whole hostel had a friendly fun atmosphere. the rooms and bathrooms were decent and we had a pretty good breakfast. very friendly staff and a great location

My time at Let’s rock party hostel was perfect! The staff members were really nice and helpful. The hostel is located right next to the main square, so it’s the perfect location. And it’s also the perfect hostel to party, they have free sangria and after pub crawl every night, it’s an unforgettable experience, a must do!

Average at best. The staff was very friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable. The simple breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms were behind two doors, so it was quiet. The location is excellent! If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are not very demanding and can handle the downsides (see full review), this is a good choice. Cons: The hostel door was a bit difficult to find: no sign, just a sticker on the window. There is smoking in the entrance hall of the building (which was shared with a karaoke bar), which makes the air in the whole building stuffy. The iron gates and blue lighting create a slightly suspicious atmosphere at first. I don't know if it's due to cultural differences, but I think the party started too late (officially around 9pm but in reality only around 10:30pm) and I didn't feel like participating. The parties certainly didn't disturb my sleep, but this was average at best for a hostel and from my own experience the "party" part was missing. The only social activities are in the form of bar crawls and tipsy food tours, unfortunately they didn't fit my schedule and as a solo traveler who gets drunk easily I wouldn't have wanted to participate in the bar crawl at least. If the location hadn't been so good and the price cheap, I would have changed accommodation just because of the stuffy air.
