⭐ 1 star I've worked in the hotel industry for 15 years, so I know how to recognize good service and a professional attitude. Unfortunately, the experience I had last Saturday night at the back bar, next to the railing, was very unpleasant. Initially, I was genuinely impressed by the barmaid's excellent English and the quality of service at the counter. However, when I tried to get her attention, I was simply ignored. When I finally called her over, I felt she started trying to humiliate me in front of the other customers. As a Portuguese citizen, I was particularly bothered by the way I was treated and felt discriminated against because of my nationality. A customer should not be treated this way, much less put in an embarrassing situation in front of other people. In contrast, at the middle bar, which was much busier, the wavy-haired bartender provided excellent service: fast, professional and friendly, in addition to preparing great cocktails. This service clearly showed that it is possible to maintain quality and respect for customers even when the bar is full. It's regrettable that such a positive experience at one of the bars was completely ruined by the treatment I received at the other. I sincerely hope that management will reconsider this type of behavior.

This place has a really cool vibe. We stayed at the lodge and came down for a drink one night. The bar has great vintage decor from chairs to paintings to lamps. It’s super cool and has a number of spaces. The bathroom areas have adult vending machines, there is a darker room with dance floor, a more lit area with seating and an outside bar area for smoking. We had drinks here. Everything is made and the bartenders are great. They give you a little show and make craft cocktails beautifully. This is a step up above most of the college areas below but you still have a rowdy crowd looking to have fun.
