My family and I (2 adults, 4yr old and 18month old) stayed here for a week in July 2026. The hotel is clean, the staff are professional and friendly, the breakfast was always good and the location was fantastic. It was also very convenient to have the carpark downstairs. Be mindful though that reception is on Level 1, it is not difficult to find but can be jarring if you are not aware of this before arriving. We will definitely be back.
We stayed at Hotel Pupin for just one night on our way back from a holiday in Greece, and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant stops of the whole trip. We arrived around 10 p.m., and even the late arrival was no problem at all — the reception welcomed us with a smile and check-in was quick and completely hassle-free. We had two rooms and both were faultless: clean, quiet, tastefully furnished, and with beds you can genuinely get a good night's sleep in after a full day of driving. A very welcome bonus was the free parking in a nice, secure underground garage — after a long drive with a fully loaded car, that's worth its weight in gold. The car was safe all night and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff deserve special praise: friendly, helpful and professional from arrival to departure, always happy to give advice. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise — fresh, with a generous selection and genuinely well prepared, exactly what you need before another few hundred kilometres on the road. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Novi Sad, whether for a single night en route or for a longer stay, we can only recommend Hotel Pupin. We'd gladly stop here again. Thank you for the excellent service!

I stayed at your hotel this week and would like to share some feedback. My feedback is only about the afternoon receptionist. She was not welcoming or accommodating and argued with me about ID policies instead of helping. If your hotel has specific ID requirements for check in, they should be clearly explained to guests on your website, as hotels in your own country have different policies. Your front desk is your guests' first impression of the hotel. A little more training in hospitality would go a long way, especially since many of your competitors provide a much warmer welcome. I would also like to recognize the morning receptionist, who was smiling, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She truly radiates hospitality. Cheers!
Everything was as expected from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is also very good and diversified
the room is big and beautiful, the location is perfect, near the city center
