CalPride

CalPride is Calp's municipal Pride, organised by the Ajuntament de Calp in late June. It starts with a pregó (opening speech) from the town hall balcony, followed by a march to Plaça Colón, where the evening's performances take place. The 2025 edition ran under the slogan "La mar de lliure" and added information points on LGTBIQ+ rights. The 2026 edition was on 26 June.

It's a small local event, not a party weekend. For the region's big Pride, go to Benidorm Pride in early September. Dates for CalPride 2027 had not been announced at the time of writing.
