Hotel Mas Camarena

The hotel is fine, it's inside the industrial park and there's easy parking. The only thing I didn't like were the pillows, they were awful.

Very comfortable and spacious hotel. Everything was perfect. Special mention goes to the professionalism and kindness of a staff member in the dining room and bar, Lorena. She is an exceptional person and very responsible in her work. She served my husband and me with great professionalism over the weekend. A perfect 10! A very bad experience during a group trip. The worst hotel we stayed in on our entire trip. This building is as large as it is cold and unpleasant. It feels like a hospital. The reception is so cold that you feel unwelcome. Access to the rooms is by elevator, but if you want to take the stairs, you have to follow a convoluted route that is anything but obvious. Signage is practically nonexistent, and I don't foresee any problems in an emergency. It's always useful to know where the emergency exits are in buildings, but they are usually quite visible. This is not the case here. You have to ask for directions... The room resembles a soulless box with harsh white lighting (the hospital aspect). Even when you try to find a more welcoming and less harsh alternative, you have to get up to turn it off. A toilet that leaks all night and refills noisily every hour, recurring ambient noises (elevators?), a bed as hard as concrete, a noisy refrigerator that's best unplugged... in short, the cocktail is already quite potent. Add to that the very poor table service. While most of the staff are polite and friendly, it only takes one to ruin an already tarnished experience. No smiles, no possibility of complaint, even though dinner is perfectly acceptable. Breakfast follows the same pattern with the same staff, as unwelcoming as they are concerned about our comfort. No butter, no yogurt, no fruit, and no way to get any. The person in charge simply gives us a firm "no." Very happy to leave this establishment, which has no redeeming qualities other than ruining the stay. A misstep.

The service leaves much to be desired. The breakfast is definitely not worth €15. It's very poor.

The rooms are simple but have everything you need; they're comfortable and do the job. I haven't had any problems.
