I've been waiting for over ten days for a response to a written complaint, and by phone they simply refer me to an email address that no one answers. During my stay, the air conditioning in my room was broken. The reception staff's solution was to inform me that they didn't have maintenance service available at that hour and that there were no rooms available to replace it. I had to spend the entire night in sweltering heat on the 4th floor, a particularly difficult situation given that I'm six months pregnant and a hotel of this category should guarantee minimum standards of habitability. To avoid taking responsibility, the reception staff claimed that the reservation had been managed through a company, thus refusing to offer any solutions or compensation to the affected guest. Post-stay customer service is nonexistent.

I spent one night with breakfast included. As soon as we arrived, my husband and I were given a room. When we went up, surprise! The room had two separate beds, and you couldn't move the bedside table to put them together because it was right up against the wall. The bathroom was poorly cleaned; when you shower, a lot of water splashes out because the shower screen is tiny. And to top it all off, the air conditioning was horrendous and stuck at a temperature of over 26 degrees Celsius that I couldn't get any lower. The mattresses weren't comfortable, and the pillows were very thin. I didn't sleep a wink all night. The buffet breakfast was beyond bad. Everything was cold (bacon, eggs, etc.). In our opinion, the hotel doesn't deserve its 4 stars. We won't be back.
