Orty Airport Hotel

Great location and friendly staff, but the rooms are in need of renovation. The hotel has an excellent location right at the airport, and the free shuttle service runs absolutely smoothly and on time. The staff were consistently very friendly, helpful, and courteous. However, a major drawback is the rooms: they are unfortunately very old and worn. It was particularly disappointing that we discovered mold in the room. For a quick overnight stay before a flight, the location is unbeatable, but the rooms desperately need renovation.

The hotel is very well located, which was fortunate because we chose it for the shuttle service. We had requested it for 7:15 am at reception. The gentleman told us it would be 7:30 am, but it wasn't far, so we would arrive in time to check in. At 7:35 am, no one had arrived; at 7:40 am, we left running on foot. Apart from that, the hotel is showing its age.

There was such a smell coming from the air conditioner, as if something had died inside. Only the staff were friendly and it's close to the airport, otherwise it's a zero-quality hotel.

The hotel manager, Mr. Savaş, is fantastic. He was incredibly helpful with many things over the phone even before I arrived at the hotel. I wish all businesses had managers like him who understand interpersonal skills and professionalism, and who inspire confidence.

Staff wonderful, also because I arrived at 2am, I was offered late checkout at no extra charge. I hadn't paid for breakfast as it was extra, but, was told I could have it and no charge. Soooooo nice.

This hotel deserves 5 stars ⭐️ What a wonderful surprise! From the moment I landed in Izmir, the hospitality at Orty Airport Hotel was exceptional. I checked in at 5:00 AM, and the team went above and beyond by letting me choose a late checkout until 3:00 or even 4:00 PM. A special thank you to Cakir and the entire staff for their kindness and genuine friendliness. I arrived earlier than breakfast time, expecting to wait, but Cakir kindly offered me breakfast from the coffee shop instead. The complimentary airport shuttle even waited 30 minutes for me, which made a long travel day so much easier. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast exceeded all my expectations, and every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Without a doubt, this is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Izmir. Thank you for such an amazing experience! 🌟

We were completely satisfied with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We would especially like to commend the friendly and attentive staff, who were always eager to fulfill our every wish. The service was excellent, and we felt welcome at all times. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and in excellent condition – everything worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was exemplary. We were also impressed with the breakfast. The selection is varied, so everyone can find something to their liking. Another major advantage is the location in close proximity to the airport. It's easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes. Alternatively, a free hotel shuttle is available, running every 30 minutes. Thank you for the pleasant stay – we would love to return!
