Copthorne Hotel Birmingham

Vikki was our waitress at last night's dinner ... absolutely charming from the moment she came to our table. Vikki was delightful, helpful and efficient. We've even requested Vikki as our waitress for tonight's dinner as well.

We had a lovely time at the Copthorne Spa and were thoroughly pampered by the team. Definitely recommend visiting!

Great hotel with great view

We had a lovely evening dining at the Copthorne Hotel, Brierley Hill. The food was very good, well presented, and thoroughly enjoyable. A special thank you to Vicky and Izzy, who looked after us so well throughout the evening. They were friendly, attentive, and took the time to chat with us, making us feel genuinely welcome. Their excellent service and warm personalities really enhanced our dining experience. The wine was perhaps a little more expensive than expected, but that was a minor point and certainly didn’t spoil an otherwise excellent evening.

Hotel was great very clean and good value for money the rooms are very spacious and comfortable breakfast was good with plenty of choice and good quality. Staff have all been great very helpful and friendly, especially Vikki in the restaurant who was fantastic and attentive with a great sense of humour and made the stay very memorable for all the right reasons, the evening meals also offer a very varied menu again very tasty and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this establishment to any age young or old.

The breakfast was the best thing about our stay. Good quality, well presented and very enjoyable. The hotel looks good, but was let down by little things- blood stain on carpet, black stain in bath. Not told how to work lift or breakfast timings at check in. There was no communication about special requests for disabiility so was unsure if needs were catered for. Bath not ideal for disabled guests shower would be better. No way of opening window a small amount. No explanations re phonr or buttons in room, tap in wrong place so it floods top of basin. Well done to restaurant thogh they were helpful and faultless.

Rooms lovely bed comfy bathroom lovely can't fault the place staff even better everyone is so nice and friendly food is also really nice if you're in the area looking for a place to stay I'd highly recommend it👍

Showering here is just an awful experience. Tiny claustrophobic bathtub with an old shower curtain getting stock to your leg. A shower that sprays water everywhere and flooded the entire bathroom had to use all the towels to dry it up simply because the shower was spraying water not just downwards but out the sides and onto the floor. I left headphones at the hotel and called them and they went along with it and seemed like they wanted to resolve the issue then I guess they couldn’t be bothered and just hung up on me abruptly, tried calling again and no answer.
