Room was no properly clean. We normally like Travelodge, but this one was not nice at all.
The best service! 🤗
We had a disappointing experience during our stay recently. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were below expectations. We found a dead moth underneath the blanket on the bed linen, there were stains on the towels, and dust was noticeable throughout the room. In addition, the ventilation was poor and noise levels during the stay were quite disruptive. I reported the issue with the bed linen to reception, but was advised to contact customer service instead. I felt this could have been handled more helpfully at the time. Additionally, while our car was parked in the area adjacent to the hotel, it was involved in a hit-and-run incident. I understand this may not be a private hotel car park and that CCTV may not be available. However, it would be helpful if this could be made clearer on the hotel website, as the parking area may appear to guests to be associated with the hotel. This would allow customers to make more informed decisions before booking. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards we had expected.
