Perfect base to travel the cotswolds or lovely villages or city's roundabout

Lovely Clean room. Very Welcoming and friendly Receptionist and staff. Very convenient location in close proximity to the M5. Dogs Welcome which is a huge bonus. Will definitely go back again. Outstanding Value for money.

Overall for a one night stay this wasn’t the worst place. When we arrived we waited at the reception for 15-20 minutes before anyone arrived to check us in. When she arrived she was not apologetic and let’s just say customer service was not her thing. The corridors smelt really strongly of damp and the smell did sometimes seep into the room. The room overall was okay, the double bed in the room was not uncomfortable. However the two single beds were very hard and were more like camping beds. Also, there is only one very thin pillow on each bed, so if you do stay and can bring your own pillow I would highly recommend it. The room was clean enough other than cobwebs that seemed to line the edge of the ceiling. Like I said for a one night stay with the proximity to Stratford Upon Avon and having a McDonald’s and Costa opposite it isn’t too bad. But for any longer than one night I would reconsider!!

Very disappointing stay at the hotel. Room was very basic but comfy bed. However,when I was going to bed I realised that there was no plug sockets next to the bed.I suffer from obstructive sleep apnoea and couldn't use my machine.I didn't sleep well. I was exhausted all day and I shouldn't of driven from the hotel but I was working away. I would advise the hotel to change the sockets to have a plug socket with usb charger in socket.

I have stayed here twice now once in 2020 with my partner and daughter and once alone in 2026 when I was unwell 2020 family stay we stayed here a week while we had repairs done to our home we used it as a base and went out alot for hen just done back in the evening it was perfect for our needs and the prices was great the staff was so helpful 2026 I came for a 1 night stay when I was unwell and needed quite and darkness it was perfect for my needed that night staff was so helpful and kind thank you

Not one I would recommend reception never manned and cleaners were very noisy from 5am
