Ate here today when visiting the area. Struggled with the reviews for most pubs and restaurants in the area as all seem to be fairly negative however this one stood out as looked great from the outside and reviews seemed better than the rest. Menu is really good, actually struggled to pick and was not disappointed with the chilli beef (would recommend). The Katsu and Lasagna were also fantastic and all really big portions. The place is really nice and clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. The kids high chairs are brilliant too, just like old fashioned pub chairs but tiny! Absolutely zero complaints and for 4 adults and 2 kids all with drinks came to £99 which is more then fair in my opinion. The pics on Google are all really old, looks nothing like that now and is nicely updated now. Thoroughly recommend and will be absolutely visiting again if we come back this way again.

What a transformation since my last visit. Everything has been updated! New bar & seating areas. Lovely cool conservatory which with today's 31oC heat was very surprising. The new outdoor area & pods leading out from the conservatory area looks amazing! Food & offering on the menu are super and what I can say is good value for money Even the gents toilets look great & unique from other pubs! There's a big kids play area opposite the pubs main car park as well! I look forward to staying in the rooms again. The bathroom had been updated and I look forward to future changes to update the rooms 😁 Til we meet again The Boot Inn!

Good pub but the decor was very good and relaxing. Food excellent and breakfast top notch. Staff all very friendly and a pub well worth supporting

In the middle of nowhere. The service was slow although pleasant. The food was nice but a little cooler than I would like.
