Unit 49

Unit 49 opened in late 2023 as part of the fast-growing queer scene on Savile Street, the heart of Hull's emerging Freedom Quarter. It joined a run of bars — Cherry's, Monroe's, Zinnia, Kopper — that turned this short stretch into what DIVA magazine has described as a contender for the North's next queer nightlife hub. Expect a relaxed, community-minded bar that fills up on weekends as part of the Savile Street crawl.
