ProudMinds LGBTQIA+ ADHD Meetup is a relaxed and welcoming space for the LGBTQIA+ neurodivergent community
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identified, or just curious, this group is here for you. Come as you are — there’s no pressure to talk or participate in any specific way.
Drop in to connect, share, create, or just exist in a space where you’re understood.
Expect calm vibes, creative options, and community without judgment. We celebrate neurodivergence and queer joy in all its forms. You are not alone, and you don’t have to mask here.
About the facilitator
Elliot Pigott is the founder of ProudMinds, a social enterprise supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals with ADHD.
With over 10 years’ of experience facilitating workshops and training, he is passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces.
He works as a coach for a Brighton-based charity and as an ADHD coach and facilitator for ProudMinds. He also volunteers for ADHD Aware and has previously supported LGBTQIA+ organisations including MindOut and the Rainbow Hub.
His work is centred around lived experience and a commitment to mental health, neurodiversity, and LGBTQIA+ advocacy.
