No.10 Preston

my wife has stayed 3 times in 10 Preston and every time there has been a problem with the rooms. The rooms have only 2 hangers for a 3 night stay is very poor, one room’s hob did not work another room’s TV did not work , all the rooms were very hot and some of the rooms windows could not open. The noise levels on some nights was sleep disturbing and if you need support no one was around in the evening till after 10pm to get help… very poor

I've stayed here several times since it first opened, in several of the rooms. Unfortunately, a few gripes that were really noticeable this time round: - the parking. This was our first time bringing a car, the car park is 5 mins away that you need to pay for which isn't ideal for longer stays with baggage. Unfortunately, you also can't drop bags off before you park up either - very importantly, the road is a bus lane prior to 6pm. They don't tell you this in the check in message, so if you're from overseas and not familiar with the signs, just bear this in mind. - the rooms are really starting to show some wear and tear, noticeably the air con situation. Dead of winter and it was unbearably hot with the fan blowing warm air at us. The air con was inefficient - it barely worked, and when it did, it would only blow air at the floor. - stayed in Goldfinger - love the vibe and cosiness, sort of mitigated by the spotlights that flicker nonstop because the bulbs need changed. - had to buy batteries for both the air con remote and the TV remote, both were dead. - no closet space whatsoever, so better really for short stays as the rooms aren't particularly big and you'll be boxed in with suitcases. (Also not ideal for anyone on the upper floors as there's no lift). - you can genuinely hear everything from every room, so definitely bear that in mind. Location (parking aside) is perfect for trains and the city centre, and the staff are always very helpful. Otherwise, definitely needs a spruce up and a couple of air con upgrades.

Me and my partner stayed here new years eve, very close to train station, close to shops ,bars and restaurants. Room was lovely very modern and cosy

Decided to check in to a hotel instead of waiting hours for a delayed train at the nearby station, and this place was an incredibly well priced bit of luxury and refuge. Kindly received an upgrade to the 1760 suite, so not sure what the standard rooms are like.

Stayed in the flamingo room, very pleasent with a great bathroom. Had a small kitchen for longer stays. Will be staying again when visiting Preston.

Amazing rooms and team at the number 10, having to stay in Preston frequently the rooms are always immaculate and they always go above and beyond.

3rd time stayin at N10 and it is great. The team really make it and my sincere thanks to Steph and Joe the night manager. Thanks again guys, lovely rooms and the customer service, professionalism and friendliness make it a real pleasure to stay, see you again soon 😊👍

Hidden down the slightly rundown Theatre Street, they are convent for the town centre and railway station, but no reception and confusion over which apartments are which meant a poor start. Not ideal. Probably not worth it; better qu in trying to find the room. There are more salubrious locations for the money are available elsewhere.

Always clean, smells lovely, communication is great via WhatsApp, lovely staff.

First time we have stayed here, we was upgraded to the 1760 apartment. Stylish pleasantly surprised would 100% stay here again good value for money. Nice touches sweet jar, water, milk etc. smart TV where an added bonus:)
