No 10 Preston is the top hotel in the city. So clean and decorated to a high standard. Easy checking in process. Highly recommended for those early morning train journeys from Preston station. We were off to London and felt very refreshed from this quiet and comfortable hotel/apartment. The price was very competitive and value for money. Looking forward to our next trip and staying over again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Great place to stay, we’ve stayed twice and love it, emailed to ask if I could come a little earlier to set up for a birthday staff we’re fab. More than wonderful. Bed super comfy great location and stay

I think I lucked out here. I booked a single and appeared to get a free upgrade to the 'Kensington' suite which was very impressive. Two bathrooms, two large beds, a mini kitchen, dining area and my own private outfit area. The room was clean and had some nice little extras like biscuits, hot chocolate and plenty of towels

We had such a mixed experience here. Our first night was genuinely lovely—calm, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. We actually enjoyed it so much that we were already planning to book again next month. Unfortunately, the second night completely let it down. There was loud music in the early hours (around 3–4am) which made it really difficult to sleep. We did report it, but it wasn’t properly resolved and the noise continued. On top of that, there was a strong smell of weed, and we actually saw the guests responsible. The next morning we even saw an ashtray with what appeared to be weed in it and took photos, intending to make a complaint. In the end, we decided not to take it further and simply won’t be returning. It’s a real shame because the start of our stay was so good, but the lack of a peaceful environment and how it was handled has put us off booking again.
