We had a lovely stay at Bowland escapes. The lodges are set beautifuly into their peaceful surroundings making you feel that you have escaped the hustle and bustle of life. Inside, they have been very tastefully fitted with modern tech and comfortable furniture making them feel very cosy and luxurious. We all enjoyed the hot tub which really helped us relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. Our son really enjoyed seeing the animals at the park and we all enjoyed a very good quality breakfast at the cafe. We would recommend Bowland escapes to all our family and friends.

Had a fantastic stay in Pendle Hill lodge late April 26 for 4 nights. The lodge had practically everything you could need. The hot tub and log fire were both amazing. The bi-folding doors really open the place up when the suns shining. The staff onsite couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We loved the super king size mattress so much that we’ve ordered the exact same one for our home (Carter and Lewis - Savoy). I took my own slow cooker and bread tins. I made a steak and ale stew in the slow cooker while we were out on a long walk. When we got back I made a fresh loaf with a bread mix. Then after we ate we got into the hot tub with a glass of fizz. That was such a memorable day. We took our own kitchen roll as a lot of places don’t provide it. We did take our own slippers which were great as the floor is quite hard. Would love to return soon. We went on a couple of great walks to Stocks Reservoir and Gisburn Forrest. The animal park next to the lodges is great too. The internet was absolutely fine.

We have stayed in Longridge Lodge for the last 4 nights. The animal park is currently closed for maintenance but they have allowed us to take our 4 year old to see the animals, and feed them which he has loved. The lodge itself is fantastically equipped, clean and the hit tub is fantastic. 100% worth the money. We are looking forward to coming back at some point in the future!

This was perfect for our mini family getaway. Located in the middle of nowhere it was so peaceful. We took the kids around the boar park to see some stunning animals (red deer and boar were favourites) We stayed in the safari tent and it had everything we needed, beautiful wood furniture and the beds were comfy. Does get chilly at night but wore extra layers to fix this. Used she reception shop and had a fire at night. Dog friendly including the park. Staff were polite and helpful.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough! The park was just brilliant, all the animals were a joy. They seemed so enthusiastic to see us and it was a real laugh walking around. The accommodation was extremely cozy and clean, great facilities and perfect night sleep, only difficulty was stopping star gazing! Above all though was the friendliness of the staff. We could gladly have chatted with Anona and Dave all day. We will treasure our stay here and hope to be back soon!

Just returned from a night in the round house. Absolutely amazing place, a little slice of tranquility. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean facilities.
