Travelodge Walton-on-Thames Central

Comfortable bed, no telephone in the room, so unable to contact staff, when the TV was not working. Was unable to charge my car as someone parked infront of charging bay, all night, and staff was not able to identify the owner to ask him/her to vacate the parking bay. Staff was polite but unable to assist. Good location as in walking distance to shops.

Good central location. Small basic rooms but clean, comfortable and good value for money.

I’ve stayed at Travelodge Walton-on-Thames Central multiple times and it truly feels like a second home. The manager, Sunny, never fails to make me happy — he goes above and beyond every single time. His professionalism and kindness really stand out. The rooms are always up to standard and spotlessly clean, which makes every stay comfortable and stress-free. His reception team are so friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and making you feel valued as a guest. Honestly, this is one of the best management teams I’ve seen. Sunny really looks after both his staff and his guests, and it shows in the atmosphere of the hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Travelodge to anyone staying in the area!

Rooms are a little small but great location near to shops and restaurants. Free parking if you can get a space. Nice friendly staff. Great price.

Great stay at Travelodge in Walton-On-Thames Central. Clean room, amazing service, especially from Gabby- he was extremely helpful and provided great service

Great location and competitive prices Picked the upgraded room which was lovely and quiet good selection of hot drink options & kitkats Staff on reception very pleasant and helpful However the car park certainly needs better signage, we arrived in the dark and couldn’t even find car park spaces. It’s a bit of a mess at the back of hotel, but after speaking with staff they explained which part of the parking area was for hotel customers use, it was more obvious in daylight so know for future visits. Actual room was fine in general, clean and tidy. We both found bed a little hard , possibly a new mattress would help .

Had a really pleasant one night stay here. Came for the half marathon the following day and the location was perfect. Travelodge are cheap and cheerful and my room was huge and really quiet. Best thing about the hotel was the lovely recpeptionist - didn’t catch her name - but she was brilliant!
