Torneira is an amazing bar, super affordable, with delicious drinks, tasty food, and an atmosphere that would make any place envious. It's a great place to celebrate a birthday, get the whole gang together, or simply grab a beer, because they have the best ones. Dani (the owner) is an incredible person, and Maria (the server) is too. :)

Smoking shouldn't be allowed inside the place... if you want to smoke, you have to do it on the sidewalk. The staff are attentive, but it's difficult to reach them when the place is full... they need to modernize the ordering process... and replace those large tables with high tables for eating portions and some high stools, I believe there would be more space for everyone... there are people with beer on the floor...

We ordered a portion of cassava with dried meat and cream cheese that was divine! Relaxed place. Cold beer.

Good evening, besides being a cozy space, I find people with high spirits and a willingness to share experiences, leaving me feeling good. I highly recommend it. Comfort, first-rate hospitality, excellent selection of craft beers, and as for the food, the snacks tantalize the taste buds.

I went to Torneira and received excellent service. I didn't know the place; I was passing by and my son needed to use the restroom. I asked the attendant, and she explained that the bar's policy was to charge a fee for customers who weren't consuming anything on the premises. I explained that it was for my son and said that I would be consuming something there, and that's what happened. Later, I found out that the attendant was the owner of the bar, and she gave me a lesson about the beers and explained the bar's concept. She also said that she started charging the fee because many people who don't consume anything at the bar stay outside listening to music and want to use the restroom. This was a way to balance this problem, since it generates queues and dissatisfaction among legitimate customers. I think she's absolutely right, and this wouldn't be necessary if people had more awareness and respect for other people's work. I recommend it and will definitely return many more times; it's a very family-friendly and welcoming place.

One of the things I like most is that the space is democratic: you can go with pets, babies, young people, and older people; there's room for everyone. For those who enjoy draft beer, the service is very diverse, with several beer options, including different labels as well as well-known ones like Heineken, house cocktails, and canned vibes (which is like Skol Beats). I was very well received by the owner of Torneira Bar, who demonstrated kindness, politeness, and respect at all times, even informing me that to use the restroom, it would be necessary to consume something on the premises. Even so, after explaining my situation, where my daughter was desperately in need, and considering she was a child, she was understanding and allowed me to use the restroom, demonstrating empathy and flexibility. In addition, she told me about the new menu items, and I ended up not only eating the best chicken croquette in the world but also receiving a lesson on the entire beer-making process. Something that makes all the difference in the customer experience. This positive attitude certainly left a great impression and encourages me to return and recommend the bar to others.
