Great experience, it has a balcony, good TV, comfortable bed, quiet, and very good prices.

First off, I highly recommend it. The owner is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. It's excellent value for money: you get a private room and very comfortable common areas for the price you'd pay for a clean stay in most hostels. I highly recommend it!

The hotel has a remote cleaning service, which I find quite curious, although there is a maintenance worker who comes once a day to clean everything. Each guest is responsible for their own surroundings during their stay, so having to deal with the sometimes poor manners of other guests can also be a drawback. The room itself was spacious and the mattress comfortable. It had towels, soap, and shampoo, and more were available if needed. The facilities were somewhat dated but functioned properly, except for the hot water in the showers, which took a while to heat up. For the price I paid, I think it was quite good. I would return if needed. 8.5/10

Terrible experience. There's no reception, and they charged me 22,000 for a tiny room for one person with no windows, dirty walls, and a bad smell. They make you pay first and then show you the miserable room they have to offer.

Both taxi drivers, the one who took me from the airport and the one who picked me up, mentioned that it's a dangerous place. Plus, nobody greets you, and if you don't have roaming or internet (like I did), you have to be lucky to find a friendly taxi driver who will call the owner for you and tell you how to get in. The instructions aren't clear. They never answered my WhatsApp message! Booking.com doesn't respond to messages at all. The rooms were comfortable but freezing cold! The cleaning was questionable; my pillows and my kids' pillows had hair on them, there wasn't enough toilet paper, and when we went to refill our bottles, the floor was covered in what looked like coffee. The internet was terrible! In short, I only spent one night there, but it was a bad experience and I was very nervous.

Bad! There's no one at reception, they don't answer messages, the food isn't very good... it seems abandoned, and the cleaning guy who only shows up briefly in the morning is really unfriendly! They also charge 5,000 pesos to leave your backpacks at reception after check-out (they always do this as a courtesy). Our experience was terrible; we've now moved to another hostel and are much more comfortable in a safer neighborhood.
