About this place Nativa Hotel Boutique

Nativa Hotel Boutique is a gay-welcoming hotel located in Recoleta, one of Santiago's most vibrant and upscale neighborhoods. As a boutique property, it offers a more intimate and personalized experience compared to larger chain hotels, making it an ideal choice for LGBTQ+ travelers seeking comfortable, affirming accommodation in Chile's capital city. Recoleta is known for its tree-lined streets, cultural attractions, and active nightlife scene. Staying in this neighborhood puts you within easy reach of galleries, museums, restaurants, and bars that cater to diverse crowds. The area has a cosmopolitan feel and is generally welcoming to LGBTQ+ visitors. The boutique hotel category typically emphasizes unique character and attentive service, creating a more relaxed atmosphere than you might find in a large resort. The hotel is situated at Gral. Ekdhal 151, making it conveniently located for exploring the neighborhood on foot or by public transport. Whether you're visiting Santiago for leisure, cultural events, or to connect with the local LGBTQ+ community, this property provides a home base that explicitly welcomes queer travelers. As with any boutique hotel, it's worth checking directly about specific amenities, room types, and services that may be important to your stay.

Rooms are average but affordable also. All the services are available.

The floors are very old and make a lot of noise when walking, the mattresses on the beds are super old and uncomfortable, you can feel the springs, there is no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, but I consider that it is well located.

Upon arriving at our room, we found used shampoo and soap with a hair in the bathroom, which made us suspicious of the cleanliness. The reception staff responded indifferently: "Perhaps the cleaning staff forgot." The worst part was the couple next door on our second night, who engaged in a scandalous sexual act that echoed throughout the third floor, even though the hotel was aware of their history and took no action for the rest of the night. This demonstrates that cleanliness and privacy are not prioritized, contradicting the promise of a "family-friendly space."
