1 - Before arrival: I haven't even arrived at Apart Hotel B yet and I'm already giving a low rating; I might change it during my stay. Reason: I'll be arriving in the city in the early morning (latte check-in), and I've been trying to notify Apart Hotel B but without success. I sent two emails in advance, a message on Instagram, and a message on their official website. Nobody responds! Not even a simple "ok" or "received". Sad, I'm going to board and hoping everything goes well! So if you need to do latte check-in, which is quite common, there's no point in writing to Apart Hotel B because they won't let you know anything. 2 - During the stay: the place has what it promises, it's clean, but they really didn't see my email, they didn't take into account the arrival of my 3-year-old son, and they didn't provide the sofa bed. The first night we all slept together in the same bed. Furthermore, they put me on the top floor, room 41, with a small child. Up to that point I understand, sometimes the hotel is full, so I casually asked the receptionist: "Is the hotel full, isn't that right?" He said: "No, about halfway." In other words, friends, they could have put us in a room with fewer stairs. But it's okay! I re-evaluated the hotel with a slightly higher rating to be fair. Oh, the breakfast: it comes on a tray, there's a bread roll, an egg for each person, a yogurt and butter in a very small container, and that's it. The coffee is the kind that dissolves in hot water. Very weak coffee, they don't even send cheese.

Very disappointing stay. I was not informed in advance about a required security deposit, which was only mentioned upon arrival. I was placed on the third floor with no elevator, which was very inconvenient. The “breakfast” was unacceptable — a basket given in the afternoon with basic items (including raw eggs) that guests had to prepare themselves. Housekeeping was also poor, with the room cleaned only once in a week. To make matters worse, both the receptionist and the manager were unfriendly and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

It's located in a strategic and safe area of the city, easily accessible by metro, and several tourist areas are within walking distance. The service was good, although the breakfasts could be improved by offering more variety, as they become repetitive after several days. The room is cleaned impeccably every two days.

The location is relatively central between the Old Town and Cerro San Cristobal. The reception was mixed; we didn't feel particularly welcome, as the hotel was apparently fully booked. The bill was incorrect (50 instead of 55 USD). A $100 deposit was required. Despite the busy location, the room was very quiet, stylish, and clean. Breakfast is served in the room in the evening; you have to cook your own eggs! Tourists are advised to pay by credit card and PDI (Payment Tax Incentive), as it's tax-free!

Great location located right next to major bus stops. Great location! Daniel was super helpful, nice and spoke great English! Clean rooms, comfortable bed working AC for the price so worth it.
