A very solid option if you’re looking for a simple, well-located apartment in Santiago with good value for money. The location in Bellavista is a real highlight. Many of the city’s main sights are within easy walking distance, including the Museo de Bellas Artes, Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Museo de Arte Precolombino, Casa Colorada, the bohemian neighborhood of Lastarria, Cerro Santa Lucía, and the funicular up Cerro San Cristóbal. Getting around and exploring the city from here is extremely convenient. The apartment itself is straightforward but functional and well suited for self-catering. There were plenty of power outlets on all walls, which was very practical, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, the accommodation offers very good value for the price. The reception staff deserve a special mention. They were friendly, professional, and available 24/7. Communication via WhatsApp worked perfectly, their English was very good, and they were happy to help with practical things like ordering a taxi to the airport or lending us an iron. All in all, a reliable place in a prime location. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. Our room was quite noisy because it was located directly next to the staircase and corridor. At night, this became disruptive when other guests returned from evenings out. The included breakfast is fine for the price but very basic, consisting of toast, jam, butter, two raw eggs to cook yourself, and orange juice. It might make sense to give guests the option to opt out of breakfast instead of including it by default. Housekeeping often took place in the late afternoon, which frequently coincided with our return to the apartment while getting ready for the evening. Better scheduling would help here. We were also disappointed with how bathroom toiletries were handled. Shampoo and soap were removed after the first use, and when we asked for replacements, they were provided reluctantly, with the suggestion that they should technically be paid for. This felt unnecessarily unfriendly and not in line with usual hotel standards. Overall, a good stay with an excellent location and helpful staff, but with some organizational details that could be improved.

We stayed here for three nights. The rooms are modern and clean. There's a small kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast was brought to our room every evening at 5:00 PM and was good and plentiful for us. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke Spanish and English. However, there were a few problems at check-out due to a mix-up with the rooms and the deposit. Perhaps because it was 2:00 AM. The location is central for the city center and Cerro San Cristobal. However, Recoleta isn't a very nice neighborhood. We only got around by taxi; we didn't feel comfortable walking. We can recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

I had a good experience staying here. I stayed 2 nights in a single room and everything was very smooth. Everything worked well, the bed was super comfortable, there was a desk for work, and a small market right across the street was very convenient.

Good customer service and perfect for the price. The premises were clean and I felt safe. I would definitely stay there if I go back to Santiago.

Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location The hotel is a little dated and could use a refresh, but it more than makes up for it with comfort, service, and a reasonable price. Our bed was very comfortable, and the central location made it easy to reach Santiago’s main sights on foot or by metro. The staff were exceptionally helpful — they arranged a reliable airport taxi for us and even allowed early morning check-in after our 30-hour journey, which was a lifesaver. We loved being so close to the lively Barrio Lastarria (our favourite area in Santiago) with its fantastic restaurants and cafés. The only drawback was the sofa bed, which was quite small for our 17-year-old and would be better suited to a younger child. Overall, a convenient, fairly priced, and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.

The beds and rooms are very clean and pleasant. Breakfast is meager; they don't ask if anyone has a lactose-free diet or other dietary needs, and they bring yogurt. The egg they give you is raw; you have to cook it yourself. One of the eggs they sent was stuck to the bowl it came in. The area is close to museums, the city center, and shops, but it's a dangerous area if you arrive at night.

After checking out, I was charged $90 for a broken faucet, which I didn't break. The photo they sent me shows dirty dishes in the sink, which I also didn't do, as I left the room clean and organized, with the dishes put away. The broken faucet probably wasn't in my room, and they're claiming it was. How can I resolve this? Can anyone help me?
