I stayed at the Hotel Sonetto in May and had a very positive experience. The receptionists were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with tips and information about the city. The room was clean and organized, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also very good, with options that met expectations well. It's a simple hotel, well located, and it delivers exactly what it promises, offering great value for money.

Good service, repetitive breakfast, but close to many of the city's tourist attractions.

The hotel's strong point is its location, near the Bellas Artes station and in a "quiet" area for walking — while maintaining the standard care for belongings that any urban center requires. However, the infrastructure leaves much to be desired. Room service is nonexistent: we had to beg for towels, and the only one we received was not changed during our entire 5-day stay. In addition, the soundproofing is terrible (you can hear the traffic as if the windows were open), and the breakfast is very poor, not to mention nonexistent; they don't have a breakfast table, they bring you a bread roll with ham and cheese only, and they don't even offer milk. I only recommend it if the goal is strictly to have a place to sleep, without expecting any comfort.

The room literally has a hole in the ceiling; you can see the drainpipe from the floor above. We asked for a room for three, and they gave us one connected to two others by doors, but we couldn't use it. It's ridiculous and incredibly disrespectful. I should file a complaint with the health department—how is it possible that this place is operating with the sewage system exposed?—and a complaint with the Santiago Metropolitan Region to have it shut down. And when we asked to change rooms, they said there weren't any available... It's a disgrace.
