Sauna El Castillo

El Castillo is a low-cost men-only gay sauna at Carrera 45D #59-63 in La Candelaria, central Medellín, a block from Cruising Fusión and a short walk from Club 55 and Saint Moritz. For a budget venue it has the fullest set-up in the Centro: a bar, jacuzzi, a small swimming pool, dry sauna, Turkish steam bath, a cruising maze, a video screening room and a smoking area. The week splits in two. Sunday to Thursday it runs from 14:00 to midnight and is fairly relaxed. On Friday and Saturday it stays open until 06:00 and works as the after-party for the Centro's bar crowd; that is when it is busiest, when its weekend parties and promotions happen, and when lockers run short. Reviewers mention thin towels and uneven service, which is reflected in a Google rating of about 3.8.
