I love this place! I go for many different services but I always especially love my time getting acupuncture and fire cupping with Breah! She is so sweet and nurturing and attentive and I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

We had inquired about the retreats that Nature Folk offers for my sister‘s 60th birthday. We were guided to speak with Breah who is the acupuncturist at the retreat. Her colleague Taylore and the owner of Nature Folk all collaborated and made the most amazing retreat for myself, my sisters and some friends as well. We did the Roots and Resonance Retreat. It was an amazing combination of yoga, breath work sound baths, meditation and acupuncture. An amazing experience! Breah and Taylore went over and above to ensure the experience was exceptional. Even a “happy birthday” sign was set in the window to welcome us! We highly recommend! Thank you so much to Breah and Taylore! xo

This is not the circuit or spa for you if you want a quiet experience. The circuit room is small and my time slot was overbooked, with not enough seating. The other patrons talked the entire time, and there was no escaping it. I had a two hour appointment and didn’t feel like I had the time or environment to truly relax and go through the circuit. I think this is a business primarily built to be Instagram-ed.

The 2-hour circuit was a wonderful and rejuvenating experience. We went during a time when quiet chatting was allowed and the space was still very quiet and peaceful. Lots of areas to sit and relax and enjoy complimentary herbal tea. The lockers lock using a wrist band which is convenient, towels and robes are provided. I’ve also taken the baby and parent yoga class in the studio space and it was a wonderful way to be active and meet other parents.

What a fantastic place. Staff are phenomal, informative, and kind. The infa red spa is worth the uograde and the two hour circuit was amazing. I love the arctic clay mud mask they offered so much I got some to take home. The salt room was over the top for the whole experience. Will be back soon!

I had not been in a few years, but always had good experiences previously. With the renovations since I last came (addition of the salt scrub room and some changes to the saunas) I was blown away. I also noticed a significant increase in cleanliness. The whole space flowed really well and I had a blissful 2 hours in the circuit space. I genuinely cannot wait to book in again.

My girlfriend took me here! It was a wonderful experience. The 2 different types of saunas were so great (wet and dry), the cold tub (honestly could have been a little colder), the hot tub (could have been hotter), I attend a lot of spas like this and they did so many things right. My favorite was the free mud face masks (apply yourself). Highly recommend if you are looking to spend an hour or 2 to kick back and relax. Look forward to returning! I will add that this is a very cool location and building on the waterfront of Dartmouth

Booked a 75 minute appointment, they brought me in to the room, and I waited for 20 minutes before they came back. Did they go over time to make up for my wait? Of course not. Overpriced, just go to SENSEA.

I've called twelve times to book an appointment but nobody picks up the phone. No luck, don't think this place is even open anymore
