Very clean
The only room to book is the suites .the other rooms are standard rooms and much cheaper at other hotels not impressed
It's a little difficult to rate the rooms. we stayed in one of the 3 bedroom vacation homes, so not sure if hotel looks after furniture or not. Beds were soft, had a backache all week. Hotel service was excellent, always helpful, everyone greeting us if they past in the hallway or front entrance, etc. Restaurant had excellent food and service, special shout out to Melina (sp). If you get her as your server guaranteed to have an excellent experience, dinner. Not much else to say, although we did find the Restaurant loud, but thst seems to be the norm these days as 2 other ones we visited that week were also loud. Would stay there again.
Chantelle stood out as the associate that delivered excellent service. At the breakfast at Oak+Cru overlooking the Okanagan Lake she made the experience memorable!
