Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort

This is the only resort I will be staying at during any future Kelowna visit. Had everything you need to be comfortable and be appreciated by wonderful staff and even guests alike.

Had the best experience with Maia at Quench. She was so attentive and amazing. If there is a definition of service and making you feel comfortable and taken care of, she represents! I will be back if this is the kind of service we get at the Delta Kelowna everything! Thank you.

Not a very comfortable or relaxing hotel. Room missing basic amenities (robes, kettle). Beds not made properly (bottom sheet too small and mattress exposed, had to remake ourselves). Bad smell in room. Restaurant was out of basic ingredients and couldn't make any of the vegetarian options, at 6pm before dinner rush on a weekend. Overall seems like high staff turn over without training, not a "luxury" hotel by any means. We were disappointed. My first night here, I ordered room service THREE times to order a pot tea. The third time they gave me an empty metal pot and three tea bags (at least, it's actually mint this last time). But again, we don't have a kettle.

I’m rating this stay a 4/10. The crib wasn’t ready despite calling ahead and asking again at check-in. I had to call once we were in the room and my baby had already missed a nap by over an hour. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On one occasion the bed sheets weren’t changed, as a visible stain was still there. Another day, room cleaning took three hours. Each time I called, I was told someone would arrive “in a few minutes.” The front desk staff at check-in wasn’t helpful. She didn’t explain where amenities were, failed to mention that breakfast was included, and gave us key cards that weren’t activated. The waitresses at Oak + Cru were excellent. The location is convenient, right by the lake, with nice areas to walk. Overall, not worth the price given the experience. There are many better, more reasonably priced hotel options.
