This was a beautiful hotel. The service from Ethan was absolutely amazing. 10/10 I would go back any day of the week

Wonderful big suite, incredible view, good location convenient to interesting areas, clean rooms. With only two elevators it was very inconvenient and one was broken for 24 hours. There seemed to be no staff on site to provide any assistance for things like shower chairs, management of rowdy/drunk guests in the pool. A big puzzle is having no restaurant at all, no food service. There are venues nearby that are reasonably convenient, if you don't mind walking. The parking garage has plenty of spots.

I had a pathetic experience at The Royal Kelowna, and I strongly advise anyone staying here to double-check their rooms, because if you leave something behind, the staff will either throw it away or keep it. Exactly one hour after checking out, I realized I had left my premium toiletries behind—including my L'Occitane shampoo, face wash, body lotion, shower oil, and my Gucci perfume. I immediately called the hotel after one hour and spoke to Ethan, the manager. I was promised a callback. No one bothered to call me back. When I took the initiative to call them again, I was shocked to be told that they had "thrown it away." What absolute nonsense. Who throws away expensive, clearly premium personal items an hour after a guest checks out? This feels incredibly suspicious, and it is hard not to believe that the staff simply took the items for themselves. To make matters worse, the Manager of Guest Services was incredibly rude, completely unhelpful, and refused to take any responsibility for their staff's actions. Even after admitting to their own "mistake" of discarding a guest's expensive property, there was zero accountability or effort to make things right. This hotel lacks basic integrity, professional housekeeping protocols, and decent customer service. Absolute thieves. Avoid this place if you value your belongings and expect professional service.

Be warned, this is not a hotel!! It is apartments with a front desk. Very dated, very low quality everything, TVs are so old, lacking in technology, smallest beds they can get away with. I would NOT stay here again. It’s probably the worst “luxury” place I’ve ever stayed, there is nothing luxurious about it.

Nice hotel right in the center of the action in Kelowna. Pricey, but everything here is.
