Ok rooms in a prime location in Kelowna. When there are earplugs left on the night stand, well you know that the truck traffic on the road below might get a little noisy.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable at the hotel. We especially appreciated the excellent location – both the lake and the center of Kelowna are easily accessible on foot. However, our room was one of the older rooms and showed signs of wear. A refresh in this area would certainly benefit the hotel. Nevertheless, the stay was pleasant, the staff was friendly, and the location more than made up for it. We can generally recommend this hotel for a stay in Kelowna.
It is misleading to call this a “beach house”. I am not near a beach. Instead, I am right next to a highway, closer than I’ve ever been in a motel on a roadtrip. Earplugs are provided but I cannot sleep with them in my ears comfortably. This photo was taken at 5:45am. I travel a lot and I am really disappointed about the inaccuracy of the name + images used to describe this place. Room is clean and that’s about it. Misleading. Update: another hit to my experience - vending machine is out of service, restaurant/bar closed @ 9pm and front desk unable to offer any non-alcoholic beverages. Thirsty!
