Older hotel but well run and clean. Pool and restaurants on site. Great location, but small parking lot.

Great location. Room was nice restaurant on site was incredible.

We recently stayed at the Prestige Beach House Kelowna to celebrate our 7-year anniversary and had such a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. When we arrived, they had decorated our room with balloons, a towel heart, rose petals, and even left a bottle of wine for us with a card from the staff and a lovely charcuterie board. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole trip feel extra memorable. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming the entire time we were there. JJ was great when we checked in, so friendly and helpful. Denissa was super friendly and helpful at checkout (and when we miss placed our keycard lol). Also loved how happy the housekeepers seem to be while they work, always singing! We will definitely be back again, but this was probably one of our best stays at this location.

Excellent service! Santana checked us in early and went out of her way to accommodate my request for a quieter room.

Simple, clean room. Somewhat dated, but well maintained. Balcony is a nice touch. Great central location. Would stay here again.

Very nice place and nicer people

A Beautiful hotel with all the amenities! Plus it’s got a park right across the street and the lake is a block away. 2 on site restaurants and tons of stuff to do within walking distance. Just park your car and enjoy the town.

Was here after a medical appointment so flat on my back with lovely pillows propping my legs and feet...
