Fabulous night of laughs and great vibes

I love the new set up for ordering and paying right on the app. That makes it so much easier as a customer, for the servers and the show talent performing. I also appreciated the servers as they still check in. There was a server who checked in with us to see if we needed to order from the menu. The atmosphere is comfortable and I look forward to all the retouches of the interior to be finished. The new owner is so personable and we really enjoyed chatting with him and asking him questions. The food was very good. Bravo to the chef. The show we saw was excellent. I love that there are different performers brought in.

Spacious for the size of the room, bartender is prompt and friendly, washroom is clean, I enjoy the self serve app and payment option, free city parking after 6pm, right downtown close to other buisness.

Can always go back for more

I love going to the new unicorn lounge. The staff are wonderful. The performers are fantastic!! And that brunch menu is to die for!! Will be going as much as I can!!

Great time and very entertaining

This is a long one so stick around! I’d first like to say i’m a big fan of the drag queens been multiple times and always loved the show. the issue lies within the service…with the new management they have transitioned their menus into qr codes where you scan and order and pay AND TIP before the food order is placed. this eliminates the server coming to take the order. when done correctly can be very useful but you lose all human interaction. We were here on a sunday morning for the Cher Show. We were a table of about 10. At 11:07 we placed our food order for an onion bowl and an avocado toast. the app does not allow for any mods so we had waved over the manager and asked that the kale be removed from the bowl and to get a side of bacon. He instructed us to send through the order and he would go back to the kitchen and relay the message (fair enough it’s a new system i understand there is some hiccups) the manger then comes back and confirms that he spoke to the kitchen and fixed the spelling error I pointed out. 40 mins pass and the rest of our table is eating and those who have order after us are done their meal. I wave over the server and ask why my food has yet to come out he leaves and comes back and says that they lost our bill and they are making it right now.Confused how you lose a bill when it’s sent from my phone directly to the kitchen AND the manger comes back and confirms speaking to the chefs and all is good. When the food comes out an hour and a bit later the bowl has kale and the side of bacon has sauce on it like it’s been taken off of someone else’s plate. Because no one comes to the table to do a quality check there is no way to address the issues while people are running around and singing it’s hard to wave someone over.I will acknowledge that they did offer a drink for the mistake but that does not make up for the order still being wrong and no one coming to check up on us after knowing they already messed up. On top of that the girl next to me ordered a Benny with gojugang which was also not on the Benny and yet again because of no quality checks she couldn’t even get it fixed. No togo boxes were offered the plates were just taken away. it’s hurts me to write a review like this because i have always enjoyed this place but we will not be back. Again i understand its a new system but as a server regardless of how the food is ordered I would still check on the tables especially because of the mess up. (Sorry for the rant but it needed to be said)
