Visited on Translations night in January. The jacuzzi is really hot, which was really nice in this weather. Being able to book a private room as a newbie is definitely worth it. The ambient lighting is really nice, and staff were super friendly! One guy had a drink get stuck in the vending machine and staff came over within minutes to help out. Will definitely be coming back!

I was there until around 2:15 AM and everything was great until I went to check out. When I approached the counter, the dark-skinned male staff member (I don’t know his name) was extremely rude and threw my $5 back at me in front of everyone. I kindly request that the manager review the security camera footage around 2:15 AM to see how disrespectfully he behaved toward customers. I usually come here twice a week and and the staff have always been polite during checkout, asking things like, “How was your night? Did you have fun?” But tonight was completely different. This staff member was very unprofessional, and his rude behavior made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope the management will hire more professional staff in the future, because tonight’s experience was very disappointing.

I've had the greatest experience the staff is exceptionally friendly Andrii and Andy these guys have gone above and beyond to make my experience memorable! All the managers have been wonderful to me! Ash the night manager went out of his to help me I greatly appreciate his outstanding level of customer service second to none!

It's one of the best gay saunas, and I visit often. The selection of front desk staff could be much courteous, though. If they are having a bad day, they should not infect patrons who deserve polite treatment. The front office team gives Steamworks a bad name.

Good evening , I do visit this location a lot , place is nice . People come here for enjoyment and relaxation. We pay for service and their staff get paid too so I don’t get it why are they so unprofessional and rude for no reason . I don’t get why management doesn’t want to do anything about it ? They tried to made my experience bad but I don’t care because that’s how steamworks staff is it’s not gonna affect me at all. They are literally killing themselves if they don’t like their job they should quit it . Never forget it’s the customer paying for service and they get paid. Have some patience and respect the job that feeds you. Unnecessary attitude won’t get you anywhere in life . (Not judging ). I feel pity for them . 😌 I would request the management kindly pay attention on your staff’s behaviour. I am sure I’m not the only one complaining about this matter to the management . Thank you , 🙏
