Radisson Hotel Winnipeg Downtown

Enjoyed my stay. Felt bad for the front desk, didn't seem to be enough employees working. Had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. Housekeeping left us with half a roll and did not replenish.

View is amazing, I was completely astonished at such a view! Would recommend staying here for a stay in Winnipeg.

The image of the room I booked included a couch which I like to have a spot for both me and husband to sit in the morning and enjoy a coffee that isn't on the bed. They "upgraded" me to a room with no couch which was unfortunate. The room also had a desk and desk chair however was unable to utilize that space as its apparently better use for a microwave so setting up my computer to work was awkward as well

The best hotel to stay in Winnipeg If your destination is Winnipeg and you want to enjoy the city center and its attractions, this hotel is the right choice. It has a 9-level covered and safe parking garage, and the staff is very friendly, from the receptionists at the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant staff—all very respectful, professional, and attentive. That's what makes it a 5-star hotel, 10/10 for me.also great view of the city day or night.

First off, the staff are great. Not so much for my room which long ago had seen better days, battered furniture and lots of scars everywhere. Additionally small things were lacking considering their "upscale" claim. No nightlights, no USB ports. In the bathroom there's no where to place a bar of soap! Fortunately the bed was clean and comfortable.

My experience was average. However, I had an issue with the front desk regarding parking charges. I had already paid for parking at the time of check-in, but during check-out, the front desk staff kept insisting that I pay again. It was quite frustrating, even though she was polite. On top of that, I am still waiting to receive my security deposit refund. It has been more than 10 days, and I have not received it back yet.

Ravinder was my HouseKeeping helper all week. She is amazing and I couldn’t have asked for more! 10 out of 10!

Don't do it

Perfect location for the concert. Bed is a bit hard.

It’s a very wonderful time and a pleasant place for the period of stay and I would recommend and will enjoy to be back for a relaxation time with my family.
