Decent rooms, the fridges could be colder and no shelf in the shower to hold shampoos etc. I have a disability and really struggled putting things into the floor.
Terrible incompassionate service. You can find better as this hotel will leave you stranded and refuse you a room even when you have a booking confirmation due to “no rooms available”.
We held a national conference at the Radisson this past weekend, June 4-6, 2026 and the service the hotel provided was outstanding. They were very easy to plan with, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best possible service. Errol Jackson, the banquet manager was extremely attentive and personally oversaw the operations. He was personable friendly, and highly professional. James was tremendous in getting things set up in all our rooms. Davine ensured the evening functions flowed smoothly. I truly can't say enough about the service we received. The food prepared for our meals was top notch, tasty, and presentation was very appetizing. I highly recommend if you need just a weekend getaway or a plsce to host an important event , choose the Radisson Downtown on Portage Avenue, Winnipeg. You will not be disappointed!!!!
Great stay..hotel had restaurant on 12 the floor. Tasty food...a bit expensive, but these days everything is expensive!!
This hotel and it's staff are amazing and make sure that we are taken care of. The restaurant on the 12th floor always has a really good buffet and menu tried as many options well I have been there
