The hotel itself is very basic. There is no restaurant, room service. The rooms are clean however you can tell nothing has been upgraded in quite sometime. On the plus side there is a coffee maker a fridge and a microwave. Restaurants are not that far. They do offer breakfast in the morning your reservation but it's very basic again. Also how to go back downstairs several times to have my keys remagnetize which was not very convenient and I was not the only guest that had that issue.

Room was ok but not in this price line. Better to stop the breakfast because is super limited and useless. The only advantage is the location.

I have stayed here many times in the past, but never, ever again. What was once one of my preferred places to go, is one I’ll never go to again. I booked 2 nights for a jacuzzi suite at the repay rate, when I arrived the check in agent was dismissive, arrogant, rude, asked for my ID, then gave it back, then asked for it again, then began to lecture me about how things are in Canada when I asked why the rate was being quoted as higher despite my reserving the “pay now” prepay rate of 171.20 I think he thought I was an American despite being my being born in Winnipeg. He tried to charge me 250 for the room per night., despite my reservation showing 171.20. I obviously refused to be scammed a much higher than listed rate as per my booking. I was refused the prepay rate, treated rudely and condescendingly. I want everyone to avoid this place. I should have paid 342.40 for both nights. Instead he tried to charge 500 for both nights and an additional 500 deposit. While the extra 157.60 in charges may seem small to some, it’s advertising one rate, on paper, as per the reservation but demanding more. False advertising, and meets the definition of a scam. Avoid. Go elsewhere.

The customer service here was definitely the best. We were in for a provincial tournament but weren't sure if we needed the room for 1 or 2 nights. Staff said we could let them know at noon our circumstances. The room we stayed in was booked for another person for the 2nd night but they rearranged it so if we needed it we wouldn't have to move. We let them know by noon that our team was out and we wouldn't need the room but couldn't get back for another hour. They kindly moved our suitcases to the front desk to hold for us until we could get back, all of this while being very courteous. It's an older hotel but very clean and perfect if you are staying downtown. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after.

Decided to stop driving on a road trip and get a room. Stayed here. Was easy booking. Great service and walking distance to alot of activities in the evening and cafe next door. Great experience.

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and quick to serve us. There was a hearty breakfast station in the morning. I like the fact that there were actual coffee mugs and glasses in the room.Instead of paper or plastic.

Place is right downtown. Beds are really comfortable and rooms are big enough and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful, I recommend for sure. The price is very reasonable.
