Lorenzo S. and Fredy C. provided absolutely fantastic service at St. Trop on the beach at Sandos Cancun. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely made us feel welcome. They were always quick to recommend delicious drinks and offer great alternatives from the menu based on what we liked. Their suggestions never disappointed, and they consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. What really stood out was their positive energy. They were always smiling, engaging, and brought such a fun, relaxed atmosphere to every visit. It was exactly the kind of service you hope for while on vacation, and it made our beach experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Lorenzo and Fredy, for your outstanding hospitality. You truly made our time at St. Trop memorable, and we are so grateful for the wonderful service. We look forward to coming back!
A great place for an adults-only getaway! We felt very welcome from day one. The food was delicious, and the drinks were perfectly prepared. Josue is a fantastic entertainer and creates a great atmosphere. Special thanks to Bernai, Samuel, Lizabeth, and Alan for their kindness and professional service. A huge thank you also to Lorenzo and Fredy at the St. Trop restaurant – they were incredibly polite, attentive, and made every visit a real pleasure. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place!

Joshua, the entertainment staff member, encouraged me to play a game of beer pong, something I never thought I'd do. His encouragement made my stay much more enjoyable and truly made it worthwhile. And Saul from the bar never left me alone; he never neglected me and never let me go thirsty or hungry. A service worth visiting and recommending. Don't miss it and visit them!
