Great location on the beach. Beautiful view. There are several lounge area options poolside and staff is attentive. Alejandro was attentive and made himself accessible to any needs we hade- just ask and he will assist you! He is also open to suggestions to improve the customer experience. Enjoyable 4 day vacay- relaxed and rested!!

We had a 7-day stay and I highly recommend this hotel. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The specialty restaurants, like Fratinis, are truly outstanding, both the food and the service. Lorenzo, in particular, was a very kind and attentive waiter. I highly recommend visiting this place. The rooms are comfortable and functional.

Excellent hotel, very friendly people. The room service was good, I liked the food, the pizza at the pool restaurant was delicious, I loved the spa, the shows have improved a lot, I loved the entertainment by Mizy and Josué, and of course we'll be back.

Nahum at Seasons Restaurant provided excellent service. We enjoyed the braised beef and salmon entrees but most of all we enjoyed our server Nahum’s friendly and attentive service.

Fredy and Alan and so many more by the pool and pool restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us at dinner with our requests. I wish I could take him back to work in business. Amazing! Drinks were underwhelming but everything else was perfect, id come back.
