The facilities, showers, and steam rooms are all fine, but the massage service leaves much to be desired. You can't make an appointment, and when you arrive for a massage, even if there's still an hour before closing time, they cancel because the masseur is already tending the bar and doing the accounts since they're about to close. And you're left without a massage! 👎😑 Terrible service! And that's what you go there for—a massage!

Excellent service, has a variety of options

Poor service at reception; it seems like they don't want to help anyone. There's one person who only answers yes and no, and if you ask more questions, they just stare at you and then look at their sign that says "be brief."

Be careful with your belongings. Don't leave anything valuable in the changing rooms because that's where thefts happen. They blame the customers, but it's the same crooked employees.

The employee who serves you is unfriendly. The toiletries are extremely expensive, and the facilities are very run-down and old. Baños Guadalajara is a hundred times better. The value for money is very inconsistent.
