Brick Hotel Città del Messico

I loved everything; I honestly think it's one of the best places. The staff at the restaurant are incredibly friendly, the food is delicious, the drinks are 10/10, and I really liked the facilities. I would definitely return.

Literally the best hotel in the most magical neighborhood in the world. Come and find out. Oh and the food is outstanding. I’m star struck.

The waitress was very unfriendly. Her mannerisms and short responses made the service feel cold and unwelcoming. After we paid, we said “thank you,” and she did not respond—she simply walked away. She also did not say thank you after receiving the tip. Overall, she was not friendly at all. For a hotel built around customer service and guest experience, I would expect better hospitality and more consistent .

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY INVOICE. We've been requesting it for over a month and a half and they still haven't given it to us.

The only downside is the traffic in the area at certain times, otherwise it's great

The lighting is lacking. The warm concept is good, but it falls short of being truly warm.

Terrific hotel. We keep coming back every time we go to Mexico City. The deluxe rooms are perfect size and layout, modern design. Lovely patio and restaurant. And the location couldn’t be better. It’s a delightful little boutique hotel

The weekend of 2/26-3/1 we rented out the entire hotel for our wedding, which was absolutely amazing. We were able to utilize the entire hotel every day from rooftop welcome drinks, breakfast together and obviously the speakeasy for the reception. The team on site was amazing and catered to every guests needs and all of the food was perfect. We cant wait to come back annually and am so happy we were able to have our special day at the Brick!
