Noise from hotel-hosted wedding parties on the roof deck made the room uninhabitable from 2-10pm two nights of my stay. The hotel left a note in the room on the second night acknowledging that there would be noise but offering no solution or compensation. Not what I expect from a $400USD a night boutique hotel. I left a day early to stay at a different hotel. The Sofitel in CDMX is always professional and reliable. Brick has a good location and good breakfast, but a lot of room for improvement in offering guests a restful stay.

Incredible stay at Brick. I stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Leading up to my trip, the concierge Vianney helped me book a trip with a guide to Popocateptl. I asked Vianney so many questions during my preparation and during the trip, I am very thankful for all the attentive responses. Vianney also help me get a doctor because I got sick from food poisoning on my last day. The hotel also allowed me to stay until 5pm after my checkout in a room so the doctor could come as well as a nurse to give me an IV. Couldn't speak more positively about the staff who all made me feel better and taken care of while I was sick but also while I was healthy in order to enjoy my time in Mexico to the maximum. Sincere thanks all.
