Friendly staff and very helpful if you need anything. They offered rental bike at no additional charge which I thought was very nice. However, one of the pedals on the bike I was ridding fell off during my ride. Not sure how you can check that when selecting bikes but do be careful. The room was not supplied with any complimentary amenities (besides one tiny soap square). It would have been nice to at least have slippers for guests in the room. There are no complimentary snacks but there some snacks provided at a fair price. There is no temperature control in the room so the room is either cold or hot when you return. Complimentary continental breakfast includes cereal, fruits, toast, croissant, and yogurt. Very safe area and you ring a bell to enter the hotel. However, it was a little annoying to have to point to your name on a list to show them which room you’re in each time you enter. Overall, great location and the stay was decent with friendly staff.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with friendly and kind staff. Reception and restaurant staff greeted us warmly and remembered our preferences each time we returned from our daily activities or had breakfast on the rooftop. My husband and I primarily interacted with Natalia and Max who were attentive and informative. They sent us great suggestions on WhatApp when we asked for info on coffee shops open late and spas. The hotel is also very safe and secure. There is a 24-hour security guard who lets you into the building and opens the door for you when you leave. The hotel is beautiful and located in an excellent neighborhood. We can’t wait to return! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our experience memorable.

This is a great boutique hotel in a very nice neighborhood in Mexico City. What I like the most is the personalized attention from the staff, they are genuinely interested in making your stay the best! Special recognition for the lady at the breakfast area, she was amazing both days of my stay. I’ll come back to Roso for sure!!!
