Roso Guest House, um Hotel SLH

We spent four nights here for a trip and had such a great time. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is located on a quiet and shaded street right in the heart of Roma Norte, so there's plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

The staff (every single one of them) was wonderful and accommodating of all our requests. It was a nice bonus to have bicycles to tour the city. The location can't be beat, with many phenomenal restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance.

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable, un luxurious, noisy stay at any 'guest house' I have ever had. Our room, above the shabby reception area was appalling to the point of unbearable. NOISE & there is plenty of that disrupted our sleep over 4 nights. The night watchman snoring, which we heard as if he were on speakers was the final straw. Breakfast is served on a V cold roof terrace. There is nothing 5 star about this 'guest house' . The reception area, photos below, should have been a sign of things to come.

This is absolutely one of my favorite hotels! ✨The hotel is so chic and cute and clean and modern. Obviously the location is really quite attractive. The neighborhood (Roma Norte) surrounding the hotel is so lush and green and full of beautiful art and colored buildings! There’s so much rich food around the neighborhood, and all the hot taco spots you could think of. Even the hot churro spots are nearby. Above all the hospitality is absolutely excellent. The staff are so warm and so friendly and they really get to know you personally. I want to especially thank Max, Natalia, and Adriana! Truly, they made each day I stayed here so much better with their warmth and joy. I also appreciated how there is 24/7 security! I absolutely love staying here and I would absolutely highly highly recommend! Location is 10 out of 10 rooms are 10 out of 10 hospitality is 10 out of 10. 💗

I chose Roso Guest House for my wedding day, for my mother and me. From breakfast onwards, Adriana provided the most beautiful and warm service. Natalia was attentive to every detail and made us feel right at home. Max gave us a super friendly welcome, and the security staff was always very willing to help us. It was one of the best choices for such a special day because they not only made us feel at home, but they also allowed us to capture the beautiful spaces and details of the property in photos. The staff's kindness, friendliness, and warmth made the day even more special. Thank you for sharing in my excitement with all the thoughtful touches.

Excellent location, excellent service.

This is a great location with friendly staff, nice art and good breakfast. HOWEVER: if you’re staying in the back wing of the hotel, it is LOUD. Metal stairs that go to all rooms and rooftop terrace reverberate with every step and it’s crazy annoying. People talking in the stairwell is also very noisy. Additionally, my room (102) was over the hotel’s kitchen and there’s an industrial fan (or something) that goes off in the middle of the night, and the smell of cooking wafts in very early in the AM. Don’t expect peace and quiet in this half of the hotel — insist on the other wing. For this luxury price, I would expect much much better.

Such an amazing little luxury boutique hotel! Such an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!
