They don't open at the advertised time and the person who works there is the worst, rude and arrogant.

One of the employees threatened to hit me, came out of the reception area, and tried to assault me. I asked him to check the security camera footage to see who took a towel I had left, for which they wanted to charge me 100 pesos. (It was an old, ugly towel.) I suspect they took it themselves because I left it in the changing room. He refused and then threatened to hit me and throw me out just because I wouldn't pay the money, as it didn't seem fair. I'd never been in a place where the manager threatened me. I told him I was going to call the police, and he calmed down. The place isn't bad, but it's not the best either. The service was deplorable, and it's awful that someone would threaten to hit you for not doing their job.
