Great place but NOISY!!! Great service, amazing rooms and central location. But Noisy! I wouldn’t stay here again because there’s a hostel next door and there’s music with people screaming until 1pm. Don’t stay here if you like a quiet place to stay.

The room was so nice and the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever experienced. I would go back just for the bed lol The receptionist (I believe his name was Alex?) was so helpful and gave us a lot of tips to visit Tulum. However, the pool is really small to be honest, so we did not swim but instead we rented bicycles and went to the beach (it took us about 25 minutes from the hotel to the beach with bicycles). The hotel is in a residential area and near downtown so it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Super cute rooms, great and friendly service, margaritas on the rooftop are AMAZING, good location within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and bars nearby. They organise a taxi to the national park as well :) Breakfast options could be more consistent (looked different every day), but that’s just a small suggestion ❤️

not very family friendly. Hotel could do with a lick of pair and new appliances. Photos online must be AI generated. Pancakes for breakfast are a joke. It reads with fried banana and berries. You just get 3 pancakes and half a banana. In the 3 days we stayed there = no berries. It is 3 min to the next supermarket. I mean come on guys! In general don’t expect too much of the breakfast. Also don’t book groundfloor. Not worth the extra cost. Really dark and you just look at concrete.

It's very clean, and the ground-floor rooms have a hammock in the garden. The air conditioning is fantastic, and it also has a restaurant and bar where you can relax by the small pool. Very friendly and helpful. The receptionist spoke excellent English. We stayed for three nights and visited Coba and the ruins of Tulum from there. The town is lively in the evenings and has many cool bars and restaurants.

The hotel room was very nice and offered plenty of space. The lighting was a bit dim. The furnishings were very nice, and the bed very comfortable. You have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the restaurant. Nevertheless, it's very cozy there. It's important to note that access to the beach club and the beach isn't actually free. You have to pay $400 for admission to Jaguar Park. You're not really informed about this, which was a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel with modern and elegant rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The bathrooms could use some more maintenance.

The room was very pleasant, the common areas less fun, all the staff were glued to their phones (except at reception). However, we lost our car keys and had to check out an hour late, which they charged us 30 US dollars for!
