Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel

Very friendly receptionist and clean room!

Clean, fresh, tons of water pressure and hot water, friendly employees, had a breakfast option in the morning, but we didn’t try it. I was honestly quite surprised how nice and well maintained this hotel is. Having stayed here and next door at the holiday inn, the best western is a better cost and just as nice, but WAY better maintained.

I had a good experience. My keycard stopped working twice during my stay, but the staff was wonderful in getting me a new one! Free breakfast was great, but like to see some more healthy options :) Clean room. Fitness center was in the process of getting new equipment during my stay so excited to see that progress. Quiet area with a good amount of places nearby!

We use this hotel every year when we are in the Alton/ Grafton area for eagle watching. The hotel is clean and normally quiet.

I don’t recommend this place the people are so disrespectful and they like to kick out disabled and handicapped people with medical conditions

This place is one of the worst experiences I had ever stayed at a hotel motel room . Winter storm of the century hit and they didn’t let me extend my stay. I only stay for a week and was thinking I can stay extended for work. I am disabled and have serious medical issues. I will let God handle it. Do not stay here if you are handicap or have any chronic terminal illnesses. They will kick you out.

Did not clean our room one day during our stay. Argued with the front desk. Lied about being at full capacity and they were not. Said if I wanted my room cleaned to let them know.🤷‍♀️...maids ended up talking to me and being great..one corporate operator hung up on me when I called. Never stay here again!!!!
