We like Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel. Been staying here a few times and never disappointed. Friendly staff. Rooms emaculate. Love their coffee machine in the foyer.

Very old and dated property. There are plenty of other better options nearby to stay at. Key cards never worked, they have an old key card system apparently waiting to get upgraded. TV remote was very confusing just for simple browsing. The room light was really bad. The pool was closed, the breakfast room is tiny and had to wait for more food to come out. Move along and find another property, you will be happy you did.

Cheyenne, the gal at check in was above and beyond amazing & helpful. The hotel is also located in a very neutral area of Alton, so that was convenient!
