The Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award Winning play is now an American Classic. Loosely based on Puccinis Opera La Boheme, Rent tackles the timeless themes of love and loss, while addressing the HIV/AIDS crisis that ravaged the U.S. and global community. Considered a landmark in LGBTQ theater, Rent also celebrates community, individual voice, chosen family, and La Vie Boheme.
