The location is great! It’s a bit out of the main hustle and bustle, which means it’s super quiet at night, but still close enough to walk to downtown(it only took us less than 5 minutes to find some dining spots.) A huge thank you to Valerie for welcoming us so warmly and making me smile.

We were immediately greeted with smiles and friendliness as we checked in. The room was very clean and looked exactly as pictured online. The breakfast was delicious and served by the sweetest server! The young lady tending bar was efficient and professional. Each worker at the Hotel Indigo was top notch. When we visit Asheville again, we plan on staying there.

Absolutely love Hotel Indigo in downtown Asheville. I've used this location for business and for leisure. Most recently, I used them for a group booking for some artists traveling from all over the world to come into town for a benefit concert. From start to finish the process was easy. Rates were great, communication consistent, and my guests were all very happy with their rooms and their experience. I also love to book a quick weekend trip away here for myself when I am able - it's not far from home (just an hour) but coming to the Hotel Indigo feels like a mini vacation! I love that you park, and then can walk to anything you want to do downtown! The views from the property are incredible. Service is friendly and efficient. Marie with the sales team is awesome to work with!
