Hôtel Indigo Asheville Downtown by IHG

Stayed here for our wedding in town. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Jesse at the valet was super friendly and helped us find some fun things to do around town!

Valerie was extremely helpful at check-in and solving some minor issues with the room. Misty is a wonderfully accommodating server. They both epitomize an attentive staff.

My stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent! The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff made my stay absolutely amazing with their outstanding service. The breakfast downstairs in the lobby was also great and well worth the price. I will definitely be visiting again, and Hotel Indigo will be my first choice for my next stay.

Great location and super close to downtown activities! Public areas are kept clean and tidy. Rooms are also clean and bed are extra comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

JR was so nice and made sure we had a truly exceptional stay. Valerie was also very nice. The room was spectacular (suite with bathtub/shower combo) and the views were gorgeous.

The hotel is in a great location for walking Asheville. It is impeccably clean. The hotel staff is so friendly. Valerie met me when i arrived and made sure i had everything i needed. She was very friendly and helped me with information about the local area

Hotel is nice and clean as always, my favorite place to stay in Asheville. Problem is Asheville, homeless have taken over most of downtown, finding myself crossing the street constantly to avoid potential issues. Walked to Burial, foot traffic is way down and the brewery was maybe 25% full. Walking back up the slope was unnerving, constant sirens and being confronted by homeless relentlessly. Someone please help this once great town, I miss it dearly.

Hotel was clean, cute and great location with a 10 minute walk to downtown. Valet is $30/night but they were quick with an easy to use link to request the vehicle. Would stay here again.

Really nice hotel with fantastic caring staff that go above and beyond. Everything was extremely clean with beautiful views of the city and mountains. It’s also centrally located downtown so everything is a quick walk away. Highly recommend!

Quiet hotel. Hotel is not in an exciting part of town. The bar opens at 5, very low key with limited food choices.
